- Pardot automations (Automation Rules, Engagement Studio, etc.) and Salesforce automations (Process Builders, Workflows, Lead Assignment Rules, Flows, etc.) were optimized to ensure best practices and eliminate records being incorrectly updated due to automations impacting both databases
- First year success has allowed leadership to expand the scope of Salesforce to include a new ERP evaluation in the New Year, the use of Salesforce Maps and Einstein Bots Chat, and a forthcoming Community Cloud strategy
