SkyVenn's Managed Services allows your company to save time, money and headaches associated with maintaining and optimizing your Salesforce platform (i.e. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Platform Cloud and Pardot).

This is an ideal solution for companies if:

  1. You don't have a dedicated system admin and need part-time resources
  2. Your existing system admin could use assistance to enhance business processes and improve user adoption

By leveraging the experienced team at SkyVenn, you get access to a group of certified Salesforce professionals. SkyVenn’s Managed Services include a quarterly allocation of hours that can be used to update your instance of Salesforce due to your ongoing business needs PLUS a standard package of recurring services at no additional cost. SkyVenn offers you experienced resources with a flexible model to scale up services for a period of time, if required. When you need more help due to special projects, SkyVenn is here to help!

Allocation of up to 50 hours per quarter for:

  • Discuss sales/marketing/service best practices and challenges and how to address on the Salesforce platform
  • Configure processes, workflows, triggers and/or flows
  • Sales and Service Cloud process updates
  • Security setting updates
  • Reports and dashboards
  • Pardot campaign setup
  • Up to 16 hours per quarter can be allocated to 1:1 or team based remote training sessions
  • User administration
  • Fields and page layout setup
  • Other general consulting services as requested

Standard package of recurring services at no additional cost:

  • 3 annual summaries of Salesforce release updates and their impact on your business (Winter, Spring & Summer)
  • 3 annual system health checks to align with Salesforce release dates (Winter, Spring & Summer)
  • Monthly monitoring of code coverage
  • Monthly monitoring of setup changes
  • Monthly CRM status meeting with your team

Monthly Investment of only $2,000 USD/ $2,500 CAD per month



  • This service is provided on an annual contract with quarterly payments made in advance
  • Service hours that are not consumed in a particular quarter will expire as part of the Managed Services offering. However, once every 12 months, the customer may make a one-time request to roll-over the remaining hours into the next proceeding quarter.
