Managed Services Details:

  • This service is provided on an annual contract with quarterly payments made in advance
  • Service hours that are not consumed in a particular quarter will expire as part of the Managed Services offering. However, once every 12 months, you may make a one-time request to roll-over the remaining hours from the current quarter into the next preceding quarter.
  • The following services are supported: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Lightning Platform, CPQ, Pardot, Marketo and/or HubSpot
  • * Free nightly metadata backup (a $5,000 annual license value):
    SkyVenn enables a nightly metadata backup service that records your Salesforce configuration and highlights any changes or additions to your existing system from the previous night. This is a great fit for organizations who may have multiple people with System Administrator access. The license for this service is provided free of charge while under contract as a Managed Services customer. All resource time associated with ongoing monitoring, error tracking and/or potential system roll backs would be deducted from your available service hours allocation.
  • ** Free nightly Apex testing (a $5,000 annual license value):
    SkyVenn enables a nightly process that runs all your Apex code test. Failure of Apex tests are highlighted and notified. This is a great fit for companies that are leveraging Apex code in their system. It's common for a new validation rule or process flow to break legacy test code, this process helps ensure that those failures get identified earlier so they can be addressed. The license for this service is provided free of charge while under contract as a Managed Services customer. All resource time associated with ongoing monitoring, error tracking and/or potential system roll backs would be deducted from your available service hours allocation.
  • *** Free SkyVenn apps (a $13,500 annual license value):
    SkyVenn developed app licenses (e.g. Opportunity Product Selector) are provided free of charge while under contract as a Managed Services customer. All resource time associated with business reviews, configurations, training, etc. related to deploying these apps to your users would be deducted from your available service hours allocation.
  • Value added licenses are included at no additional cost with your specific package and is subject to change with 30 day notice.
  • All published rates are for services delivered remotely by SkyVenn. If your business requires an on-site component, please contact us to discuss additional related costs.
