  • Migrated entire database from SugarCRM to Salesforce which included 20+ tables and associated file attachments
  • Setup integration between Salesforce and MailChimp to allow for dynamic list management and reporting
  • Setup Survey Gizmo form integration to allow for complex questions and attachments to be captured in Salesforce
  • Eventbrite data from free and paid events is now automatically loaded into Salesforce to track both individual and overall campaign engagement
  • Cross departmental teams are now more efficient in their day-to-day activities
  • Team members have a clearer view into their member behaviours and activities
  • Quick time to value: Sales Cloud setup, integration and onsite training were completed within 6 weeks of project launch
  • The success of this implementation has led to additional projects to bring remaining legacy systems onboard with Salesforce so that it will be the primary database for the organization
