Sales Cloud Quick Start (Promo: $2,000 USD / $2,500 CAD)

Our Sales Cloud Quick Start is designed to get your sales team up and running quickly with some of the most common features and functions available within the Salesforce platform.

 Key Benefits

Discovery and Design

  • Project kick-off call and requirement gathering session
  • Review the goals of your business and how Salesforce can be used
  • Discuss your key lead, account, sales and activity management processes
  • Define up to 8 key reports needed by management
  • Weekly project check-in calls to review progress and next steps

Salesforce Configurations

  • Create users, confirm user interface settings and delete existing sample data
  • Update navigation tabs, add logo and adjust colour scheme to match your branding
  • Update Lead, Contact, Account and Opportunity page layouts, allow for the tracking of Notes, Emails, Tasks and File Attachments + create up to 10 custom fields
  • Configure 1 Lead process + 1 Opportunity process to align with your selling methodology
  • Configure 1 Path for Leads and Opportunities with Key Fields and Guidance for Success text to provide tips and best practices with each corresponding Stage
  • Enable standard Salesforce Mobile settings
  • Create up to 8 reports on 1 company dashboard. Example reports may include:
    • New sales pipeline created by account manager by time period
    • Sales forecast by account manager by time period
    • Activities completed by account manager by time period
  • Create 1 basic Flow process (i.e. Automation) and up to 2 Validation Rules. Examples may include:
    • If an Opp enters a specific stage, specific team members are notified via an email
    • If an Opp is Closed Lost, make additional fields mandatory on the page
    • If an Opp is Closed Won, update the Account Type field to customer
  • Create up to 5 List Views on Leads, Contacts, Accounts or Opportunities
  • Set up Field History tracking for Leads, Contacts, Accounts and Opportunities
  • Set up 1 standard Salesforce Web-to-Lead form *
  • Set up 1 basic Lead Assignment process
  • Set up Einstein Activity Capture to sync Emails, Calendar Events and Contacts with Gmail/Outlook *
  • Review how to create Email Templates that can be used for mass emailing
  • Review how Salesforce Campaigns are used to manage marketing efforts
  • One-time import of your Accounts & Contacts into Salesforce via Excel templates **

Salesforce Training

  • 3 hours of remote in-app training for staff and system admin users:
    • 2 x 60 minute general user sessions and 1 x 60 minute system admin session
  • Additional Salesforce resources can be provided that can be used for self-paced learning

30 Day Post Implementation Check In

  • Review reports, team engagement, lessons learned and discuss next steps

Notes & Assumptions

  1. * Some set up time will be required from your IT department/Webmaster to complete configurations
  2. ** As part of the initial set up, SkyVenn will help review your existing data structure and provide recommendations and best practices for preparing the data for import into Salesforce
  3. If data cleaning services are required (e.g., consolidation of records prior to import, de-duplication, re-architecture of data structure, data normalization, etc.), we can provide a separate quote/estimate for those services
  4. There is no integration between Salesforce and any external system, files, processes, etc., provided as part of this project unless explicated stated above
  5. This Quick Start is not recommended for an implementation of more than 25 users
  6. All training will be provided remotely via screen share and sessions will be recorded
  7. Lightning/Apex development to support business processes is not part of this package and would be quoted separately, if required
  8. Setting up Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules is not part of this package and would be quoted separately, if required (i.e., everyone will have access to all records in the database)

  10. Special pricing is only valid for purchases made by March 31, 2023 and only applies to the base Quick Start bundled package as promoted. Any additional services and/or configurations would be quoted at our standard rates.
