Salesforce Integration and Set Up

  • Install Pardot connector, define integration user and set up Pardot users
  • Set up queues in Pardot if there are any matching Lead Queues in Salesforce
  • Update Lead, Contact, Account, Opportunity and Campaign page layouts in Salesforce
  • Map Salesforce fields to Pardot fields and create up to 10 Pardot custom fields
  • Set up Connected Campaigns and link any existing Salesforce campaigns with Pardot

Set Up B2B Marketing Analytics (Pardot Plus Required)

  • Deploy standard datasets, lens and dashboards:
    • This includes 5 default Dashboards for: Pipeline, Marketing Manager, Engagement, Account-Based Marketing and Multi-Touch Attribution

Pardot Marketing Assets Set Up and Review

  • Set up 1 standard email preference page and 1 unsubscribe page
  • Set up 1 email template (using a standard Pardot layout or a Lightning Email Template)
  • Set up 1 form/form handler (using a standard Pardot layout)
  • Set up 1 landing page template (using a standard Pardot layout or a Lightning Landing Page Template)
  • Set up 5 static and/or dynamic segmentation lists
  • Set up 1 Engagement Studio program (e.g. nurture, on-boarding, trade show, newsletter)
  • Set up and review how Completion Actions can be leveraged to automate processes within Pardot and Salesforce (e.g. assignments, notifications, scoring, tags, lists, etc.)
  • Review standard Pardot reports and dashboards

Pardot Training Sessions

  • 3 x 1-hour sessions of remote in-app training for marketing end users and system admin users

30 Day Post Implementation Check In

  • Review reports, team engagement, lessons learned and discuss next steps


  1. * Some set up time will be required from your IT department/Webmaster to complete configurations
  2. ** As part of the initial set up, SkyVenn will help review your existing data structure and provide recommendations and best practices for preparing the data for import into Salesforce
  3. If data cleaning services are required (e.g., consolidation of records prior to import, de-duplication, re-architecture of data structure, data normalization, etc.), we can provide a separate quote/estimate for those services
  4. There is no integration between Salesforce and any external system, files, processes, etc., provided as part of this project unless explicated stated above
  5. This Quick Start is not recommended for an implementation of more than 25 users
  6. The creation of any custom Campaign Influence Models, Analytics Apps, datasets, lenses, steps and dashboards would be quoted separately
  7. Customer to provide all graphics and content
  8. Building custom HTML email templates and landing pages is not part of this package and would be quoted separately, if required. The use of existing pre-built Pardot/Lightning email and landing page layouts/templates will be used as part of this package.
  9. All training will be provided remotely via screen share and sessions will be recorded

  11. Special pricing is only valid for purchases made by March 31, 2023 and only applies to the base Quick Start bundled package as promoted. Any additional services and/or configurations would be quoted at our standard rates.
