  • Lead the evaluation of Pardot Plus for the Marketing team and responsible for the implementation and enablement of the solution
  • Redesigned the Lead to Opportunity process to help align various Account segmentation needs for distributors, end-users, suppliers, and more...
  • Updated Sales Cloud processes to allow teams to improve communication, processes and reporting between users
  • Created a new online Warranty Registration process to assist with linking end-users to distributors and contractors for marketing attribution
  • Ongoing training and enablement has allowed Marketing team to continuously deliver improved campaign performance
  • Pardot automations (Automation Rules, Engagement Studio, etc.) and Salesforce automations (Process Builders, Workflows, Lead Assignment Rules, Flows, etc.) were optimized to ensure best practices and eliminate records being incorrectly updated due to automations impacting both databases
  • First year success has lead leadership to expand the scope of Salesforce to include a new ERP evaluation in the New Year, the use of Salesforce Maps and Einstein Bots Chat, and a forthcoming Community Cloud strategy
  • Weekly cadence calls for ongoing enablement within Sales and Marketing teams
  • SkyVenn is now the preferred Salesforce partner under Managed Services to provide continued support, configs, enhancements and enablement services
